Quick & Easy Oatmeal Bites

You know when you click on a recipe and then the blogger tells you his/her entire life story before you get to read the recipe? This isn’t like that. In fact it’s so unlike that, that I don’t even have measurements 🙂

Oatmeal Energy Bites

What You Need:

Oatmeal

Nuts of choice [I used crushed almonds]

Honey

Nut butter [I used peanut]

Dried fruit [I used craisins]

Seeds [I used chia]

What’s really cool about this recipe is you can substitute so many things to make so many different combinations : )

What to Do:

  • Mix all ingredients into a large bowl. Try to layer them as you add them, so the nut butter + honey touch all of the dry ingredients.
  • Roll out into balls.
  • Chill in fridge for an hour.
  • Enjoy!
