Gratefully Nourished Signature Course
In this signature program, you’ll work through four phases that will ultimately leave you feeling confident around food. It’s time to stop the cycle of food stress and instead learn how to honor your health without sacrificing your relationship with food.
Phase 1: Cultivate Awareness
Here we focus on building awareness for where you are right now in your eating habits and relationship with food. We work to understand the ways dieting has interfered with your life, plus we assess automatic thoughts and habits around food and set goals for the rest of our program. Basically we need to understand where you are starting from and where you learned your current beliefs and habits about food!
Phase 2: Build the Foundation
Phase two is all about the basics of healthy eating, what macronutrients (carbs, protein and fats) and micronutrients do in the body as well as how to build satisfying meals and snacks without restriction or shame.
Phase 3: Address Disruptive Eating Behaviors
Even with a solid foundation, there can be underlying disruptive behaviors so here we focus on mitigating emotional, binge and out of control eating and work through any orthorexia beliefs or behaviors so your eating is mindful, healthful and sustainable.
Phase 4: Curate Preferences
Once we’ve built awareness, set the foundation and addressed any disruptive eating behaviors, we can really curate your preferences based on your unique lifestyle and health needs.
In this signature self-paced course, you’ll work through the four phases outlined above at your own pace. You’ll be provided resources and be able to message Alyssa with questions. Sign up for the newsletter to be the first to know when this course launches!
